Still bouncing from a special weekend in Skegness, Soap were slow to start but kicked into gear after half time.

Halton Hornets were the visitors today, coming from the town of the first official world club champions the soap were expecting a tough game. Fresh from battering the Yorkshire puddings in Skegness, this band of brothers were reinforced with the return of L-Bomb and Charlie.
The game started slowly for the Soap, edging a tight first quarter 2.1 with a brace by our very own Emosi Koloto (Josh).
The second quarter was equally tough, the giant hornet team buzzing around the pitch and stinging our boys with some big hits. Regan running like Jonathan Davies in his prime (pre Wire days) scored the first of his hat trick tries just before half time to pull the score back to 3.3.
Thanks to Finn's nana for putting some Alka Seltzer into the half time oranges, the boys quickly recovered from their Skegness hangovers. Finn with an off load like Tony Myler sending Robbie T in to take soap in to the lead, the passes were starting to stick with the L Bomb twice (running lines like Alan Tait) and Regan scoring after some great work from there team mates. This was backed up by some awesome D by all the team helping to swat the hornets away and restrict Halton to just one try in the 2nd half.
In quarter 4 Finn deservedly got on the score line, another 2 for Josh and Regan completing his hat trick and a fine comeback victory for Crosfields.
Well done to all the boys today, Spencer again tackling all in his path, Sam hitting hard in attack and D, Issac and Dan continuing their recent impressive form, Charlie improving every week, and Nath and Joe continuing to impress.

Let's hope Alistair is back fit for next week, he was missed on the pitch today, not quite as much as Statto was missed pitch side xxx

PMOM: L-Bomb
TT: Josh
Coach AW: Regan
