Food parcels are going out next week from Warrington council to Sankey and Penketh older people and they need your help.

Hi everyone, I hope you are ALL well.

Grahame from Crosfields U18s here.

I need to ask a BIG favour from you all for a project I have joined.

As from Monday, I will be delivering food to the elderly and vulnerable in Sankey and Penketh through Sankey Parish Council but we need a few things to keep the project going.

Any food and toiletries donations would be fantastic !!!

Also, this is where Crosfields juniors can help !!!

We want your children to write a letter, draw a picture or anything they can think of then fold them up OR put them in an envelope so we can put them in the food package as a POSITIVE MESSAGE from the younger generation to the older generation!

The children can put their FIRST NAME ONLY and age if they want and also if they are connected to Crosfields but THAT IS ALL!

As from Tuesday, there will be a post box on the front of my drive with a slot big enough for the letters to be posted but with no physical contact.

197 Hood Lane North WA5 1ET

Other collection points are Penketh Boys Club and Hood Manor Community Centre.

We have put a cut off 5th April for the letters as they have to be in quarantine for 48 hours so we can put them in a big 4 day Easter delivery.

Guys, PLEASE REMEMBER that the older generation looked after us, now it's time for us to look after them.

Please contact ME DIRECTLY if you have any problems

STAY SAFE EVERYONE

Thanks, Grahame
