Match Report-
From the start it was clear that tough tackling would win the match today, the first four sets saw the score even until WB went over in the seventh minute. I think the tough nature of the game took the boys back a little, as even in our hardest matches scoring had seemed easy up to now. A struggle to break the line, and the loss of position when WB pressured every offload meant the boys had to make up ground each set.
This was pretty much the tone of the match, and without the brilliant Qtr 2 performance off WB it was really quite even. Shouts to the young chap with the skull cap for WB, his pace seemed to cause problems for Cobras all though the game.
Again mighty stints in defence for Spencer and Finn saw them make the lions share of tackles. Cobras did manage to cross the whitewash with tough nut Simo battling over for his brace. And Joe G diving over as well, Also with a big shout out for the best dummy thrown up to now this year as well from Joe.
