Its almost Warrington Cup Final time for the clubs Alliance side.
On Tuesday Night, our North West Men's team will take on Culcheth Eagles at the Asics Stadium in Victoria Park 7 pm ko in the Final of the Warrington Cup.
Soap are the current holders of the trophy after narrowly beating Burtonwood Bridge in the 2018 final in what was a nail biter, soap winning it on the last play of the game through a Bailey Hartley try.
Fast forward to 2019 and soap sit fourth in the NWML division 3 and stand a good chance of making the playoffs whilst Culcheth sit 2nd bottom and fitting with Burtonwood Bridge for their survival in the division.
All that goes out of the window when a cup final comes around and it simply comes down to the 80 minutes on the day.
Soap will be doing everything they can to retain the trophy and bring it back to hood lane for the 2nd year.
